Position Title: Brand Activation Leader
Location: San Isidro, Lima, Peru - hybrid model 3x2
Reports to: Country Marketing Manager, Peru
As the Brand Activation Leader you will be responsible for the development of the brand communication strategies for all products groupings within all brands to build consumer demand and market share, grounded in deep consumer, product and market understanding. You will contribute creatively in the new product launches and in the integrated brand activation plans led by the Country Marketing Manager, with the ultimate objective to increase sales and profitability of the business and drive sustainable growth.
Your main responsibilities will be focused on:

- consumer metrics & insights,
- new product and package launch support,
- marketing plan execution,
- event marketing,
- promotions planning,
- budget management and
- high liaising among marketing stakeholders.
- College/University degree in Marketing/Communications
- Marketing, advertising, brand communication experience
- A strong consumer orientation, with experience in integrated plan across multiple consumer touch points, including at point-of-purchase & digital.
- Exposure to agencies, vendors and understand production basic concept
- Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment with global or international exposure.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced level of English
- Up to 20% travel availability.
